About Us

Who are we?

We are a family business, run by James and Paula, who are husband and wife. James started his life in graphic design, inspired by his fathers love for painting and the arts, James worked for several high profile clients but knew he always wanted far more in life, and his passion for jewellery continues to grow. It all started in a small spare room in the family home. With hard work and determination, Personalised Jewellery Ltd was born. It has grown into a multi-million-pound company, employing several family members, with manufacturers from every corner of the world. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time with our dogs. We also appreciate the occasional trip to the theatre and eating out and trying different foods.

Meet the team!

James (director)

James is Paula’s husband, apart from being a bit of a workaholic, he also finds time for mindfulness, listening to rock music and playing maths/number puzzles.

Paula (director)

Paula is James’s wife, besides being a fulltime mother, she also loves spending time with her fur babies, she also has a passion for horror movies.

Sue (manager)

Sue is Paula's sister, she likes cooking, walking and spending time with her grandchildren Jack and Issac and if there is any time left she loves a good movie.

Chloe (administration)

Chloe in Susan's daughter and is a massive fan of BTS and K-pop music, she also enjoys spending time being an Auntie to Jack and Issac.

Lee (art director)

Lee is James and Paula's son, he enjoys computer programming, app development, gaming and keeps fit by running with his dogs.

Betty (web designer)

Betty is James and Paula's daughter, she enjoys walking, days out at the beach (when the weather allows) and shopping with her friends.

Dottie (customer services)

Dottie (aka Snugs) has a passion for combat sport, she enjoys eating out. She sees herself as a bit of a Tomboy at heart.

Ziggy (fur baby)

Unlike the other members, Ziggy is a French Bulldog, when he is not playing, he enjoys walks on the beach and treats.

OUR MISSION

We want Personalised Jewellery to be the place you go for high-quality, fashionable, modern jewellery and giftware for every taste, age and style. Not only do we understand that not all people are the same, but we also don’t limit our product lines to just one or two pieces. We decided to fill our virtual shelves with jewellery for every occasion and budget. Jewellery for special events and occasions, jewellery that can be worn for days out and nights out, to that stylish everyday wearable. We always aim to keep up to date with the latest fashions and trends, and therefore we are consistently adding new lines to the site, so even if you can’t see that unique piece you are looking for today, it may be coming soon.

OUR OFFICES

We have state of the arts offices in the heart of North Wales, just off the A55, making Personalised Jewellery Ltd. easily accessible from Chester, Liverpool and Manchester in the north, to Birmingham and the rest of Wales and England.
