Q. how can I track my order?
A. you will be given a tracking number along with a link to track your order upon dispatch.

Q. can I collect my order?
A. if you would like to collect your order, please contact us so we may arrange a suitable time.

Q. part of my order is missing?
A. please contact us immediately and we will rectify any errors. We stock control all our products to allow us to easily identify missing products quickly.

Q. how do I use my local currency?
A. Our website has a currency converter which is available for several popular currencies.

Please note that if you place an order whilst browsing in a different currency, the order will be charged in GBP (British Pounds), and there may be a slight difference between the price displayed on the website and the amount charged to your card, this is due to currency fluctuations throughout the day.

Q. I have not received an order confirmation email.
A. Our store automatically sends order confirmation emails; if you haven't received yours, it may be because you didn't enter your email address correctly, or it may be in your spam/junk folder.

Q. can I pay cash on delivery?
A. Sorry, we are unable to accept cash on delivery (COD), as there are to many risks involved.

Q. can I pay by cheque?
A. Unfortunately we no long accept cheques, please see our payments page for up to date information about which payment methods we accept.

Q. can I pay by bank transfer?
A. we can only accept bank transfers from bank acounts in the UK, please contact us first so we can set this up for you.

PRODUCTS

Q. does it come with a chain?
A. please refer to the product description, although most pendants do come with a chain, there may be some that don't.

Q. is it hallmarked?
A. all items made from sterling silver that weigh over 7.78 grams and gold items over 1 gram will be hallmarked in one location by an independant assay office here in the UK; please note that the 7.78 and 1 gram is for a complete item that cannot be separated without doing damage (ie: a sterling silver locket weighing 7 grams and a sterling silver chain weighing 4 grams, do not need hallmarking as they can be separated from each other).

Q. how can I get photos to fit my locket?
A. although we do not offer this services, you can order prints from the OddPrints website

Q. can it be worn with a pace maker?
A. any product that contains magnets will be clearly stated within the product description.

ENGRAVING

Q. do you engrave prints, such as handprints, fingerprint and footprints?
A. on many of our products this is possible, but please contact us first, so we can check that the prints are suitable and the product you require is suitable, we do charge a surcharge for this service to cover the artwork charges, more information can be found here.

Q. do you engrave emojis?
A. yes we can engrave emojis.

Q. can you engrave in other languages besides english?
A. yes we can engrave in any language.

A. All our prices include VAT, and our website automatically calculates VAT discounts for those in exempt countries.
