REGULAR BOX
our regular box is a hand manufactured box made from rigid box board, covered in ribbed paper. The box has a lift off lid finished with coloured ribbed, textured paper which covers both the top and bottom parts of the box; with a hand-tied satin bow and ribbon around and on the lid; inside the lid also has the same textured paper as the outside. Inside is a flocked jewellery pad with various slits for displaying your jewellery. Made from recyclable materials.

LUXURY BOX
a modern hand manufactured hinged box with luxurious black paper covering the whole of the outside, inside there is a white faux leather finish, with suitable inserts or jewellery pads to display your piece. Comes with a protective outer box.

WOODEN BOX
a hand manufactured hinged box made from real wood, with a high gloss richly-coloured mahogany varnish on the outside; finished with metal gold-tone hinges. Inside is lined with luxurious soft cream leatherette, inside the lid is finished with complimenting satin. Comes complete with a white protective outer box.

SATIN LINED
a hand manufactured hinged box complete with luxurious black paper that covers the whole of the outside of the box, inside is lined with white faux leather, the base of the box has a special handmade insert, finished with beautiful satin material in a choice of colours. Also comes with a protective outer box.

We are professional designers and engravers with over 25 years of experience, so you know you're always in safe hands.

When engraving this item, we will centre your message in the best font size, ensuring that everything is in proportion to the product. We will also ensure any engraving is not too close to the edges; text will be over a suitable number of lines whilst being mindful of the wording within your message. The final engraving will be aesthetically pleasing to the eye with a professionally designed finish.

Of course, if you would like smaller or larger engraving or any other minor changes to the layout of your personalised message, just let us know in the 'additional personalisation instructions' box on the cart page.

Being professional designers, we understand things like leading, kerning, tracking, etc. We take all of these into account on every single job we engrave. We do not have live previews of engraving because we understand that computers compute and humans invent, design and create. We only ever use fundamental human skills to take care of your engraving.

We are more than able to engrave any letter with an accent in any language. We have included some special letters with accents for you to copy and paste into your message as required.

We can engrave in any language from Afrikaans, Arabic, Chinese and Greek to Hebrew, Russian, Welsh, Zulu, etc.

LOGOS, GRAPHICS & ARTWORK

If you want a logo, graphic or emblem, some handwriting or a child's drawing, we may be able to do this on some of our products.

Please be aware we will not engrave anything under Copywrite without express permission from the rights holder.

SPECIAL CHARACTERS

We also understand that our customers increasingly want to have emojis and icons within their personalisation; we have invested heavily to ensure that we have the latest technology that enables us to do just that.

From an 🍎 apple for a teacher to a ❤️ heart for a loved one, a 🤗 hug for a friend, or a 🐾 paw prints for a pet, sometimes an emoji can say more than words.

Please note emojis are limited to one per side of engraving.

Before you checkout, we advise that you check (proof-read) your personalisation, as once engraved, we cannot rectify your message.

✔ SPELLING check names or any other odd spellings or non-standard words, and don't forget that auto-correct on tablets and mobiles may change spellings as you type, so it is always best to double check everything once you are happy with your message. 

✔ PUNCTUATION check you have added punctuation where needed, or if required or desired.

✔ DATES or NUMBERS check and re-check dates and numbers; you won't believe how easy it is to mistype something you think you know so well.

✔ FONT check the font you have chosen is suitable for all the words in your message.

When engraving personalised information, we always work in an unbiased manner; firstly, we are nonjudgmental about any content you wish to have engraved; secondly, we engrave the exact text you give us, as we understand that many nations and people: write, spell, punctuate, use sentence case and many other aspects of language differently; therefore we believe that we should not let our own bias interfere with your personalisation. Of course, IF we do spot something that doesn't look right, we will contact you first; therefore, we advise you to leave your mobile number during checkout, so if required, we can call or text you with any questions. And we promise we will never share your telephone number or any other personal information.

We know how good our engraving is, but we wanted you to see just how good it really is, after all why take our word for it!

All orders are dispatched from the UK by our experienced team; every product is packaged securely before passing it to one of our carefully chosen delivery partners.

UK

All UK orders over £40 qualify for FREE UK delivery, orders below will incur a charge of £2.99 for delivery, or we have an Express Delivery option that costs just £5.99 per order, express delivery is available on most personalised products.

Express is a next day service, when ordered before 1pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Standard (free when spending over £40) can take up to 5 working days to deliver).

Eire & Europe

Delivery costs to Eire and Europe will be automatically calculated based on weight and dimensions during checkout. We deliver to Eire, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, plus others.

USA

We deliver to all 50 states in the United States, but we currently cannot deliver to any islands or other areas. For our most up to date rates, please add an item to your shopping cart/basket and check the shipping calculator on the cart/basket page.

Australia & Canada

By law products made from Sterling Silver with single complete parts weighing over 7.78 grams must be hallmarked by an Assay Office. Items made from 9ct gold with single complete parts weighing over 1 gram also must be hallmarked by an Assay Office.
